Simply put – your people are your business. Whilst the world’s most progressive companies know this, many fail to invest properly in their internal brand and culture. We worked with global tech company Criteo and started with a question; What if we gave their internal ‘people promise’ over completely to the people who work there?
Rather than being something created by the company to be 'followed' – we turned it around and gave it to the people that work their to help create, making them an active part. By doing this we have opened up a true window into the opportunities that exist globally within the company and their unique culture that differentiates them.
The best tech talent is rare, and getting even more difficult to find – the new internal brand is helping to bring the offices together, fostering, developing, retaining and importantly recruiting the very best people there is.
